Welcome to the Chabanais Bowls Club! now meeting at our temporary home in Chirac.
We're a friendly group of enthusiasts who love the sport of indoor short mat bowls. Whether you're a seasoned player or a complete beginner, you'll find a warm welcome here. Our club is all about having fun, staying active, and enjoying a bit of lighthearted competition. We believe bowls is a fantastic way to socialize and meet new people in the local community.
The club is open to all but you must be a resident of France to join.
What is Indoor Bowls?
Indoor bowls is a modified version of lawn bowls, played on a smooth, carpeted surface. The goal is to roll your bowls (biased balls) as close as possible to a smaller white ball called the "jack." It's a game of skill, strategy, and precision, but it's easy to learn and a lot of fun.
Our Sessions
We meet twice a week at the Salle des fêtes, 12 rue R.Rivet, 16150 Chirac. MAP
Tuesday Mornings:

Time: 14:00 to 17:00
Feel free to come along to either session, or both! We have all the necessary equipment, so you don't need to bring anything. Just wear some comfortable, flat-soled shoes to protect the playing surface.
